Michael Hinder
Managing Director
With over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager and Fit-out Consultant, Michael brings his wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every project RPS engages on.
Having been part of the built environment’s evolution over that time, Michael is at the forefront of the potential for technology and sustainability to combine and create beautiful, conscientious spaces.
Michael will lead you through the journey and assist with design conceptualisation, right through to his boots on the ground during construction.

Josh comes from a long career in both residential and commercial construction. Having had the priceless experience of a truly hands-on journey, Josh’s technical know-how and highly developed attention to detail see him deliver the finest quality projects, on time and on budget. Josh leads our Project Team and heads up the information flow to key stakeholders during a project.

Accounts Director
Coming from a background with Macquarie Bank, Microsoft and JLL, Marta has a strong understanding of the rigours and demands of the commercial sector at the highest levels. She brings this knowledge and experience to RPS and applies it to our most pressure-filled relationships.
Those built on high levels of complexity and performance. Marta is the conduit that understands the high-pressure nature of our clients’ expectations and helps translate this to our operational divisions. It’s an almost old fashioned skill but we believe it’s still integral to a modern and progressive business.
